Job summary

Sametech Solutions in Seremban is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers. You will identify new opportunities, visit customers to assess requirements, and prepare quotations while negotiating terms.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial sales, electrical, automation, instrumentation, M&E, or technical products desired.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Visit customers to understand their technical and product requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate pricing and sales terms.
• Recommend suitable industrial products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source products, obtain pricing, and confirm product availability and lead time.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
