Job summary

KUS Building Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector. You will deliver technical product solutions, prepare quotations, and build strong relationships with contractors and developers while aiming to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

The role requires a degree or diploma in a construction-related field, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Degree or Diploma in construction related technical field.
• Relevant sales experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand product applications and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent, self-motivated, results-driven and willing to learn.
• Able to provide both technical support and commercial solutions to customers.

K.U.S is predominantly known for its specialization in Strucural Products, namely; Formwork Systems, catered primary for carpenters and Reinforcement Components, targeting steel benders.

Aside being a certified ISO 9001, another milestone that K.U.S has acheived was having the bizSAFE star certificate. K.U.S put its efforts to conducts risk assessments, which compels to create series of Method Statements for Structural Products. These Method Statements serves as a work procedure and safety measures when applying K.U.S products and its being furnished to customers for easing their work in disseminating instructions to the workers.

Through our experienced and dedicated Quality Control Team, K.U.S's structural product goes through a process of quality inspection. We have invested a laboratory with testing machines to ensure that what we deliver to the customer is in accordance to the company stardard which tantamount to customer satisfaction.

The continual need to stay competitive in the market incited us to set up a total of 10 acre land manufacturing plant in Malaysia for Concrete Spacer, Inner Unit and Pre-Cast components. These items are being manufactured by out wholly owned factory with remarkable yields.
