Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Sales Manager in running KM's Technical Sales Engineering (TSE) Team.
• Assist the sales team to provide part proposals under the group's product portfolio.
• Understand and keep up to date with market trends on product usage.
• Provide feedback to internal team about customer's acceptance and identify opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Plan, liaise and co-ordinate with internal team members to fulfill customer's requirements.
• Perform customer-specific tests for customer's qualification.
• Participate in product qualification at the customer's end.
• Create and maintain a library of documents pertaining to our products.
• Participate in road shows for product promotion in assigned territory.
• Prepare product presentation or necessary tools for product promotion.
