Disa Foods (M) Sdn.Bhd. in Indera Mahkota, Pahang is seeking a motivated Sales Driver who can blend driving duties with active sales engagement.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Driver to join the dynamic team at Disa Foods (M) Sdn.Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Indera Mahkota, Pahang. As a Sales Driver, you will play a crucial role in our distribution and sales operations, combining driving responsibilities with active sales engagement. You will be the face of our company whilst delivering our products to customers and generating sales opportunities across our territory. This position is essential to our growth strategy and directly impacts our market presence and customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining company vehicles safely and efficiently whilst adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
• Delivering food products to retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants and other commercial establishments within assigned routes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through excellent service and regular communication
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with potential customers in your territory
• Processing orders, collecting payments and maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers to meet their specific requirements
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in perfect condition, with proper documentation
• Monitoring inventory levels on your vehicle and reporting stock requirements to management
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, safety and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Reporting sales figures, customer feedback and market observations to your supervisor on a regular basis

What we're looking for

• A valid full driving licence (Class D minimum) with a clean driving record and proven driving experience
• Preferably 2-3 years' experience in a sales driver, delivery driver or similar customer-facing sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
• Strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Basic numeracy skills for processing orders and managing payments
• Physical fitness and ability to handle loading and unloading of goods as required
• Knowledge of the Indera Mahkota Pahang area and surrounding territories would be advantageous
• Familiarity with food distribution, warehousing or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer delivery requirements
