City Top Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative to assist walk-in customers. In this full-time role you will identify needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will present products, respond to inquiries, process orders, and maintain records while building lasting customer relationships. A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to train are expected.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous.
