Scentium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics/Export Coordinator in Shah Alam to manage export documentation, coordinate shipments, and maintain records. You will liaise with freight forwarders, ensure regulatory compliance, and support energy-efficient logistics processes.

The role requires a Diploma in international trade or related field and 1–3 years of manufacturing/logistics experience, with strong MS Office skills and a familiarity with export procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in international trade, logistics, marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing/logistics; fresh graduates considered.
• Good understanding of export documents, incoterms, and trade regulations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample creation requests and track development timelines.
• Maintain documentation of sample requests and approvals.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Assist with export documents (FSC, Form D, Form E, Insurance Cert).
• Liaise with freight forwarders and handle export shipments.
• Prepare reports as needed.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample creation requests.
• Track progress of sample development and maintain timelines.
• Maintain documentation and records of sample requests and approvals.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Support export documents – Free Sale Cert (FSC), Form D, Form E, Insurance Certificate.
• To ensure regulatory compliance, experience with Fosim, DagangNet, FMM, CHUBB (Insurance) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in liaising with freight forwarders. Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments, track delivery timelines, and resolve logistical issues.
• Experience in preparation on reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in International trade, Logistic, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistic industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Good understanding of export documents, procedures, incoterms, and international trade regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Pivot tables; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
