Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth in our fragrance ingredients portfolio. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Country Manager, with a focus on building client relationships with fragrance houses, cosmetics formulators and manufacturers.

You should bring 3–5+ years of B2B sales in fragrance or essential oils and a Bachelor’s degree. Join a team that values initiative and strategic thinking to expand our regional market share.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in fragrance, aroma chemicals, or essential oils.
• Network with fragrance houses, cosmetic formulators, and CPG manufacturers.
• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities for raw materials and aroma chemicals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with fragrance houses, brands, and contract manufacturers.
• Act as a technical consultant to match client needs with our fragrance ingredients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to expand regional share.
