Comfortable Plastics Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full‑time position based in Pekan Nanas, Johor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our customers, sales team, and internal departments. This position is essential to maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our sales function, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and documentation
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects
• Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations in collaboration with the sales team

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar sales support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin ,English; proficiency in Malay and other languages is advantageous. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or sales management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping
• Professional telephone manner and ability to handle customer interactions with courtesy and efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different departments
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Knowledge of the plastics or manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential
• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
