About the role

Lenchong Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. This is a full-time position based in Pekan Nanas, Johor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and other departments. This role is essential to supporting our sales objectives and maintaining strong client relationships whilst managing administrative tasks that keep our sales function running efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Liaising between clients and the sales team to provide quotations, product information, and order updates
