Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production scheduler to ensure smooth production planning and timely ship plans to meet customer delivery requests. The role includes managing quotations, updates to management, and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities also cover raising stock requisitions, updating maintenance status, handling complaints, providing drawings upon request, and logging non-conformance actions.

• Welcome walk-in customer, checking previous quotation/salesperson for pricing to prepare quotation via bmo. (Quotation list)
• Ensure the smooth run of production planning and ship plan to meet customers’ delivery request.
• Raise purchase requisition when stock goes below minimum level.
• Ensure that daily reports are done by production scheduler: - Production Planning, Build Plan, Job Order List.
• Ensure that machine maintenance is up-to-date.
• Provide daily production update to management.
• Assist with quotation preparation, diagnose problems and ensure quality control.
• Handling customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.
• Provide drawings when requested by customer.
• Update Non-conformance correction action log.
