About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to join Global-Pacific Victory (M) Sdn Bhd in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team, clients, and internal departments. As Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining efficient sales processes and contributing to the overall success of our sales objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will directly impact business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales activities
• Processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Managing customer communications and enquiries, responding promptly to client requests and concerns
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Coordinating sales meetings, preparing necessary documentation, and following up on action items
• Liaising between sales, finance, and operations teams to facilitate order fulfilment and delivery
• Monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing reports for management review
• Assisting with customer onboarding and ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately
• Supporting the sales team with paperworks and reports

What we're looking for

• Both experienced or fresh graduate
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good in verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and data entry
• Professional demeanour and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
