Job summary

Allied Foam Insulation in Balakong, Selangor seeks a proactive Sales Support to back our sales team. You will maintain customer records, coordinate deliveries, and work with pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules to answer inquiries.

You will handle orders, prepare invoices, track shipments, and generate regular sales reports while liaising with marketing, finance, and warehouse to ensure product availability and timely customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a pleasant personality.
• Independent and self-motivated with ability to manage tasks.
• Computer literate with 1–2 years experience in relevant field.
• AutoCounts literacy is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Coordinate sales activities, delivery planning.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Executives on pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules to meet customer inquiries.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide/service information and follow up on leads.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery.
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.
• Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and warehouse to support sales operation.
• Ensure alignment on product availability, delivery timelines and customer requirements.

Sales Support

Reporting and Documentation

• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
• Maintain sales documentation, price list and agreements.

Cross- Department Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, finance and warehouse to support sales operation.
• Ensure alignment on product availability, delivery timelines and customer requirements.
