Job summary

RHB Group is seeking a sales-focused professional in Malaysia to solicit and promote PF-i products, while achieving personal targets and supporting group goals. You will proactively develop sales plans, schedule client meetings, and engage new-to-bank customers.

The role also emphasizes delivering a high standard of customer experience, adhering to bank policies, and maintaining the sales hub according to bank quality standards. Strong cross-selling of retail banking products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF-i products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards to achievement of Group targets.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
• Set appointments, carry-out sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
• Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit cards etc.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank.
• Compliance with bank policies and procedures and protection of the Bank's image and brand.
• Maintain the physical sales centre or sales hub in line with quality and standards set by the Bank.
