Job summary

RHB Group is seeking a proactive Personal Financing Sales professional in Sabah. You will identify new customers across telemarketing, roadshows, and branches, understand financial needs, and recommend loans or credit cards.

You will guide applicants through documentation and maintain strong client relationships. We value excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork, with a goal to surpass sales targets while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing products.
• Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into successful applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated on RHB Bank's personal financing products, policies, and industry trends.
• Adhere to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and ethical sales practices.
• Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
