Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Convert inquiries into sales through consultative selling and relationship building.

• Prepare accurate sales quotations and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Position Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to promote and sell new vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the continued growth of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, and financing options.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective, new, and existing customers.

Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and trade-in opportunities.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models based on their lifestyle and budget.

Convert sales enquiries into successful vehicle sales through effective consultation and relationship building.

Product Demonstration

Conduct professional vehicle presentations and explain product features, benefits, and specifications.

Arrange and conduct test drives to provide customers with a complete vehicle experience.

Explain warranty coverage, after-sales services, financing options, and additional products.

Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.

Negotiate pricing and prepare sales quotations in accordance with company guidelines.

Complete all sales documentation accurately and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.

Achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Submit timely sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Ensure customer information is properly maintained in the CRM system.

Showroom & Brand Representation

Assist in maintaining an attractive, clean, and welcoming showroom environment.

Support showroom displays, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events.

Represent the dealership professionally and uphold the company's reputation at all times.

Keep up to date with new vehicle models, product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Participate actively in sales training, product briefings, and professional development programs.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role is an added advantage.
