Job summary

GWM Rawang Branch is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers with vehicle enquiries, provide product information, arrange test drives, and close sales. You will engage in customer acquisition, financing support, and building long-term relationships.

The role requires at least SPM, a valid driving license, own transport, and prior automotive experience. You should be self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service, capable of hitting targets with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and online customer enquiries and present vehicle details, pricing and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and online customer enquiries and introduce vehicle detailed information on products, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with test drives, vehicle selection, understand customer needs, budget and lifestyle
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
• Provide after-sales support and build long‑term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets
• Perform Social Media Marketing

About you

• Possess at least SPM qualification
• Valid Car Driving License
• Possess own transport
• At least one year working experience in automotive industry
• Self motivated, passionate in sales and customer service
• Able to perform sales target under minimum supervision
• Basic salary and high commission for sales consultant
