Job summary

GWM Rawang Branch is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers with vehicle enquiries, provide product information, arrange test drives, and close sales. You will engage in customer acquisition, financing support, and building long-term relationships.

The role requires at least SPM, a valid driving license, own transport, and prior automotive experience. You should be self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service, capable of hitting targets with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Valid driving license and own transport.
• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and online customer enquiries and present vehicle details, pricing and promotions.
• Support customers with test drives, vehicle selection, and understanding budget and lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Assist with financing applications and required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and participate in social media marketing.
