Job summary

Private Advertiser in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Consultant (Automobile) to engage customers in showroom and events, identify needs, and guide them to suitable vehicle models and financing options. You will lead demonstrations, arrange test drives, and handle quotations and loan docs.

The role targets meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge on new models, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-driven, customer-focused and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, loan applications, and related documentation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.

Maintain updated product knowledge, including new model launches and promotions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales.

Coordinate with administrative, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers.

Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
