Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to guide walk-in and online customers through the car buying journey, from inquiry to test drive and financing steps.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, build relationships, and work with Carsome inventory to match customer needs.

Training is provided and prior sales or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Your Day-To-Day

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
