Job summary

Euro Staffs in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Assistant for a full-time, on-site role. You will assist customers with mobile phones and accessories, suggest suitable products, and process payments while keeping the shop tidy and well-stocked.

The position offers a basic salary RM1,800–RM2,500 per month, with sales commissions and a performance bonus, plus Annual Leave and Medical Leave.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, repair and related products.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer’s needs.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions.
• Ensure product are well displayed and the shop is clean and organized.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and inventory management.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Learn about new mobile phones and products to provide accurate information.
