Job summary

Alphacom in Malaysia is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our retail sales team at the mall. You will assist customers, recommend smartphones and related products, explain features and promotions, and work toward store targets.

A team-based environment with training on products and promotions is offered. Advantages include knowledge of smartphones, basic sales experience, and flexibility to work mall hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and eager to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge or interest in smartphones and technology is an advantage.
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to work according to shopping mall operating hours and on weekends/public holidays when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and recommend smartphones, tablets, accessories, and other products.
• Explain product features, promotions, pricing, and payment options.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain displays and store cleanliness.
• Handle basic stock checking and merchandising.
• Provide after-sales service and learn about new products and promotions.
• Collaborate with team to reach store targets.
