• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide suitable recommendations.
• Handle indoor sales and attend to customers professionally.
• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Prepare invoices and quotations.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide good customer service.
• Assist with daily retail and sales operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
