Job summary

S P Setia Berhad invites a proactive professional to support growth initiatives, participate in annual business planning, and conduct market and investment research. You will prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and investment papers while coordinating with cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify opportunities, prepare proposals and materials, coordinate with stakeholders on projects.
• Strategic Planning: Assist annual and strategic planning, benchmark markets, prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Investment & Research: Conduct market research, assist in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment papers.
• Ad-Hoc Assignments: Support special projects as required by Management.

Job Responsibility

• 1. Business Development: Support growth initiatives by identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business development materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on ongoing projects.


• 2. Strategic Planning: Assist in the annual business planning and strategic planning process. Conduct market benchmarking and strategic research, while monitoring strategic initiatives and KPI achievement. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.


• 3. Investment & Research: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research. Assist in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations for potential opportunities. Support due diligence and the preparation of investment papers and reports.


• 4. Ad-Hoc Assignments: Undertake special projects, analyses, and assignments as required by Management from time to time.
