Job summary

Popoland Puchong Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a friendly, energetic customer service Associate to engage with children and families, assist with ticket sales, and promote promotions and events. You will help maintain a safe, clean outlet and support daily operations, events and birthday parties.

Join a fun team and contribute to social media content creation on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Energetic, creative and enthusiastic; able to work with children and families.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service or children's entertainment is an advantage.

Responsibilities
