Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly Playground Attendant to create a fun, welcoming experience for every child and family at our outlet. You will handle ticket sales, promotions, memberships, and general enquiries, while engaging with kids and parents and promoting a safe, lively environment.

You will help maintain cleanliness and safety, support daily operations and events, and contribute to social media content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for every child and family.
• Assist customers with ticket sales, promotions, memberships and general enquiries
• Engage with children and parents while ensuring they enjoy their time at the playground
• Help maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall presentation of the outlet
• Support daily operations, activities, events and birthday parties when required
• Actively promote packages, promotions and special events
• Assist in creating fun social media content, including photos and videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Work closely with the team to create an energetic, positive and exciting environment
