What you’ll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome in the store
• Assisting customers in locating products and providing product information and recommendations based on their needs
• Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handling cash and card payments
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and displays
• Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback
• Operating within company policies and procedures, including adherence to health and safety regulations
• Supporting promotional activities and special events as required
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
