Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail associate in Negeri Sembilan. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, promote products, and support stock arrivals to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with weekend and holiday shifts. Location at KLIA Residensi, Nilai; incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at KLIA Residensi, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
