Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a Sales Assistant to greet customers, promote products, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, cashier duties when needed, and support inventory control. A proactive, customer‑friendly attitude and ability to work weekends are essential. Opportunities for advancement and monthly incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Alpinia, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
