Job summary

Eco-Shop is seeking a retail associate in Malaysia to greet customers, promote products, and maintain an organized store. You will assist with stock arrivals, stock placement, and promotions, and may serve as cashier when needed.

The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, a positive, customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Setia Taipan/Setia Alam locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Setia Taipan, Setia Alam.
