Job summary

Tee Sian Hardware is seeking a Sales Assistant to help customers select paint products and provide basic product guidance in our Kedah store. You will manage sales, invoicing and stock, while keeping displays neat and assisting with loading/unloading when needed.

We value responsible, honest, hardworking individuals with good communication skills who can work both independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided, with salary reviews based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint, hardware, building materials or retail sales is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their painting needs.
• Recommend suitable paint products and colours.
• Explain basic product information and usage.
• Handle sales, invoicing and payment.
• Arrange products and maintain shop displays.
• Assist with stock checking and receiving goods.
• Prepare orders and assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop.
• Perform other daily duties assigned by the management.
