Job summary

2KM Florist is seeking a motivated candidate to handle sales targets, provide customer support via live chat and phone, and maintain customer records in a busy retail florist shop in Bandar Baru Bangi. Training provided for fresh graduates; English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service, promoting promotions, and ensuring stock accuracy while contributing to a friendly and efficient shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates welcome (training provided).
• Basic understanding of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Target-driven, motivated and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat and phone.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Maintain and update customer information on online platforms.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Pick, count, and prepare goods accurately according to orders.
• Pack goods securely for delivery or customer collection.
• Arrange, organize, and check stock in the shop.
• Report any stock shortages or quantity discrepancies.
• Load, unload, and move goods when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
