Job summary

The Travel Store Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and energetic Sales Associate in Kuala Lumpur to promote products and assist customers across multiple outlets, including Pavillion Bukit Jalil and A8 Taman Kepong. The role requires Mandarin communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Monthly earnings range from RM2,500 to RM2,800+ with basic pay, OT, and commission. On-the-job training, career growth, and statutory benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions
• Distribute promotional materials and product samples
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchasing decisions
• Ensure the promotional area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Support event and promotional activities as assigned
• Follow company guidelines and instructions from the supervisor
• Conduct monthly stocktake process
• Handling POS system, Stock transfer in/out
• Handling daily report
• Handling repair service & enquiry

Monthly Earnings:
