Job summary

The Travel Store Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a friendly retail associate to promote products and assist customers across outlets including Pavilion Bukit Jalil and A8 Taman Kepong.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, minimum SPM, and Mandarin ability. Weekend/public holiday work may be required; on-the-job training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
• Distribute promotional materials and product samples.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchasing decisions.
• Ensure the promotional area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support event and promotional activities as assigned.
• Follow company guidelines and instructions from the supervisor.
• Conduct monthly stocktake process.
• Handling POS system, Stock transfer in/out.
• Handling daily report.
• Handling repair service & enquiry.

Job description

Monthly Earnings:

RM2,500 - RM2,800+ per month

Basic salary + OT + commission. Actual earnings may vary depending on performance and OT hours.
