Job summary

THE TRAVEL STORE SDN BHD is hiring for a front-line position in Kuala Lumpur. The role offers basic salary with OT and commission, with familiar outlets including Pavilion Bukit Jalil, A8 Taman Kepong, and other malls.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a minimum SPM, plus Mandarin language ability and strong customer focus. You're expected to promote products, assist customers in decision-making, and operate POS for transactions.

• Must communicate in Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
• Distribute promotional materials and product samples.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchasing decisions.
• Ensure the promotional area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support event and promotional activities as assigned.
• Follow company guidelines and instructions from the supervisor.
• Handle monthly stocktake and daily reports.
• Operate the POS system and manage stock transfers.

Monthly Earnings:

RM2,500 - RM2,800+ per month

Basic salary + OT + commission. Actual earnings may vary depending on performance and OT hours.
