Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will promote products and upsell to meet sales targets while keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

The requirements include a minimum SPM or equivalent (higher qualifications a plus), prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer‑centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
