ISCISTECH Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a sales and technical support professional for medical devices. You will perform leak tests, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support hospital and specialist center accounts.

Collaborate with Marketing to understand device benefits, support workshops and product launches, and update management with daily activity reports. Driving license is advantageous for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales or service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with hospitals and clinics.
• Willingness to travel and drive (driving license advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Perform leak tests and troubleshoot medical equipment.
• Provide product technical support in operating theatre cases.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and manage leads.

Description du poste

Leak test,clean scope, troubleshooting and repairing the medical equipment (bronchoscope, ENT endoscope, cytoscope, ureteroscope, scivita single use endoscope) before send it to customer.

Manage sales call and sales leads with hospitals/specialist centers.

Work closely with Marketing Team to understand the benefits and use of medical devices as well as supporting workshops and launch of new products, roadshow and other sales leads.

Provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases.

Update sales report on daily activities/events to the management.

Have a driving license (advantageous)
