Job summary

HUASHENG NANYANG JEWELRY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a friendly cashier to join our retail team in Kuala Lumpur. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. You will handle transactions, assist customers, and maintain checkout area.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, can speak Mandarin, and is reliable with good math skills. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Generate sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
