Job summary

HUASHENG NANYANG JEWELRY (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a retail cashier who can process transactions, handle cash and cards, and provide excellent customer service. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in Mandarin, and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are available.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Generate sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
