Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking cashier with strong customer service skills to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week. Prior cashier or customer service experience is advantageous. Commitment to accuracy and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language and customer service aptitude are essential.
• Experience as cashier or in customer service is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays is needed.
• Working hours: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM, six days per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Process customer payments and issue receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter.
• Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
