Job summary

OSIM Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our wellness brand team in Johor Bahru. You will greet customers, demonstrate product features, provide personalized recommendations, and help them choose the right health and relaxation solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in consumer products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of wellness products.
• Providing personalized product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Assisting customers with product selection, orders, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.
• Maintaining store presentation and product displays to the highest standards.

• Participating in product training and development programs to stay up to date with the latest product knowledge.
