Job summary

SERONSYS Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business in the semiconductor and industrial markets. You will build relationships with customers, understand requirements, and work with Malaysia and Korea teams on exciting projects.

The ideal candidate has a relevant diploma/degree and experience in technical sales, with strong communication and bilingual abilities. Travel within Malaysia or abroad may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales and business development are welcome.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin or Korean language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in the semiconductor, electronics, engineering, and industrial sectors.
• Promote technical products, semiconductor spare parts, engineering services, and industrial solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs and sales follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams for projects and technical requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and business discussions.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia or overseas when required.
