Job summary

ResMed is seeking a data analytics professional to support Sales Operations, data warehousing, and governance. You will analyze sales data, build dashboards, and manage data quality across multiple sources. The role requires strong SQL and BI tool experience, with collaboration across business and tech teams.

You will work on data models, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting automation, driving insights for commercial strategies and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• > 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI-related roles.
• > Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• > Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts, and data integration.
• > Hands-on with Power BI/Tableau/Cognos.
• > Knowledge of data modeling, quality, governance, and lineage.
• > Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• > Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and commercial data to identify trends, patterns, data issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs for decision-making.
• Support data-related activities for commission, incentive, quota, and compensation programs.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources for Data Warehouse/DataMart.
• Ensure data quality, governance, definitions, and lineage are maintained.
• Create and maintain Data Dictionaries and Source-to-Target mappings.
• Assist with data access requests and ensure data security compliance.
• Develop BI outputs using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reporting.
