Candidates should be at least 18 years old, with a passion for customer service and ideally some experience in the retail or cosmetic industry. • Promote company products through quality customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

• 18 years or above.
• Advantage with experience in retail/cosmetic industry.
• Good customer service skills, knowledge in CRM would be an advantage.

The primary responsible of a Sales Associate includes promoting company products or services through quality customer service. Sales Associate’s duties include welcoming customers, guiding customers through the products or services, responding to customers’ questions, accepting and processing orders, operating the POS register and resolving return issues, promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program, and also ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
