Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Malaysia is hiring Sales Advisors to drive the business in Malaysia. Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.

Deliver excellent customer service, hit service and sales standards on the shop floor, handle cash and card payments, and upsell products in a friendly way. You’ll keep shelves stocked to ensure smooth store operations and adapt to a 5-day, rotational shift schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver excellent customer service and make every shopper feel welcome
• Hit service and sales standards on the shop floor (cashiering, service zones, etc.)
• Handle cash and card payments accurately
• Recommend and promote products (yes, upselling — but in a friendly way)
• Keep shelves stocked and products available for smooth store operations
• Manage stock movement and replenishment (delivery checks, stock transfers)
• Handle customer returns professionally
• Perform any tasks assigned by Supervisors
