Deliver excellent customer service, hit service and sales standards on the shop floor, handle cash and card payments, and upsell products in a friendly way. You’ll keep shelves stocked to ensure smooth store operations and adapt to a 5-day, rotational shift schedule.

• Handle cash and card payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and promote products to customers in a friendly way.
• Keep shelves stocked and products available for smooth store operations.
• Manage stock movement and replenishment, including delivery checks and transfers.
• Handle customer returns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform any tasks assigned by Supervisors.
