Job summary

CARSOME in Penang is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our high-energy team. You will engage walk-in and online customers, showcase our vehicle inventory, and guide buyers through test drives, financing, and paperwork.

You''ll collaborate with colleagues to hit daily targets, deliver exceptional service, and participate in live product demos and virtual showroom traffic. No formal sales experience? Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, airline, or similar fields is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation for smooth transactions.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
