Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a proactive sales associate for our Johor team. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, showcase the CARSOME inventory, and guide buyers from appraisal to test drive and financing.

The role emphasizes strong listening, customer focus, and self-motivation, with training provided to help you close deals and contribute to expanding our used-car inventory and meeting sales targets.

• Sales and customer service experience in retail or related sectors.

• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiries.
• Assist customers using CARSOME inventory to find suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers from appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and Q&A to drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to grow inventory and meet targets.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
