in Serdang, Selangor, is seeking an energetic Motorcycle Sales Advisor to help customers select the right bike and deliver a professional sales experience from initial enquiry through delivery and after-sales follow-up. You will handle showroom, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries; recommend models and financing options; explain features and ownership costs; arrange viewings, test rides, quotations, and handovers; and aim to achieve monthly sales and service

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Sales experience in motorcycles, automotive, retail or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales drive are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Attend showroom, telephone, WhatsApp and online sales enquiries promptly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models and financing options.
• Explain product features, specifications, promotions and ownership costs accurately.
• Arrange showroom appointments, motorcycle viewings, test rides and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and customer-service targets.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, financing and workshop teams for documentation and delivery.
• Conduct professional motorcycle handovers and build relationships post-delivery.

• Explain product features, specifications, promotions and ownership costs accurately.
• Arrange showroom appointments, motorcycle viewings, test rides and quotations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate lead records.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and customer-service targets.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, financing and workshop teams for documentation, registration and delivery.
• Conduct professional motorcycle handovers and maintain customer relationships after delivery.

About you

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Sales experience in motorcycles, automotive, retail or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a sales-driven attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in social media video content.
• Possession of a valid motorcycle licence is an advantage.
