Job summary

KENSAINS SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator. The role focuses on supporting sales activities and maintaining smooth operations daily.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a sales admin role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues. This is a full-time, on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To manage general phone & email enquiries from clients.

• Prepare and maintain sales documents and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support orders and deliveries.
• Support Bahasa Melayu and English communications as needed.

KENSAINS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role plays a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

Job Descriptions
