Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling administration documents.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques.
  • Manage petty cash and update cash records.
  • Keep inventory of branch stock and handle sales documents.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and commissions.

Skills

Strong computer Spreadsheet knowledge
Good communication skills
Ability to converse in Bahasa
Ability to converse in English
Ability to converse in Chinese

Education

Basic SPM with 2 years working experience
